Obituary Shirley Darlene Robinson Gearlds, 73, of Tompkinsville, passed away Friday, February 26, 2016 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.She was born August 25, 1942 in Greencastle, IN to the late Ralph Robinson and Edna Mae Wellman Davis. She was a retired garment factory worker and a member of Hestand Church of Christ.She is survived by three sons: Lonnie Geralds, Larry Gearlds and wife Tina, Lyndon Gearlds and wife Amber, one daughter: Lynette Flippin and companion Marshall Jobe all of Tompkinsville, one aunt Annie Leach and husband Kenny and one uncle: Bill Lyons and wife Jackie all of Indiana and six half brothers and sisters of Indiana, ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one grandson: Tyler Flippin.Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, February 28 at 1:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in Monroe County Memorial Lawn.Visitation will be after 5:00 PM on Saturday and after 8:00 AM on Sunday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville.Memorials are suggested to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library or your local church.
