Obituary Sally Lavonne Terrell Spears, 72, of Red Boiling Springs, TN, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Scottsville Medical Center in Scottsville, KY.She was born November 30, 1942 in Jackson, TN to the late Jack Terrell and Sally Forsythe Terrell. She was a homemaker and a member of Milestown Church of Christ. She was united in marriage on November 27, 1981 to Freddie Russell Spears.She is survived by her husband: Freddie Russell Spears of Red Boiling Spgs., TN, one son: Billy Wayne Smith of Gibson, TN, one step son: Anthony Spears of Smiths Grove, KY, two daughters: Lisa Hughes of Bells, TN, Cindy Presley of Red Boiling Spgs., TN, one step daughter: Patricia Davis of Scottsville, KY, eleven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother: Ralph Terrell.Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, August 9 at 1:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in the Bailey Cemetery at Hestand.Visitation will be from 4:00 to 9:00 PM on Saturday and after 8:00 AM on Sunday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville.
