Robbie Dale Hutcherson

Mr. Robbie Dale Hutcherson, age 56, of Gamaliel, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024, at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Robbie was born in Tompkinsville on March 3, 1968 to the late Donald Gene Hutcherson and Delores Kathleen Webb, who survives. Robbie was a 1986 Graduate of Monroe County High School.   He served Monroe County in several capacities throughout the years, having served as an EMT for almost thirty years, then Constable and Deputy Sherriff until being elected as Monroe County Jailer in 2022.  Robbie enjoyed spending time with his children in the outdoors, hunting and fishing.   He was a true fan of the Dallas Cowboys, and of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by one son Austin Hutcherson of Tompkinsville, and daughter Abby Hutcherson Williams and husband Brylan of Tompkinsville, his mother Delores Webb of Tompkinsville, one nephew, Ryan Blakely of Celina, along with a host of extended family and friends also survive.

He was preceded in death by his father; Donald Gene Hutcherson, and one sister, Angie Hutcherson.  

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at Bartley & Sons Gamaliel Chapel, with burial to follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery. Bro. Darrick Proffitt and Jack Reed Downing will be officiating the service.

The family will receive friends on Monday April 29, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday morning after 7:00 a.m. until the service time at 1:00 p.m.
