Obituary Ollie Walden, 90, of Scottsville passed away Monday, November 21, 2016 at the Medical Center in Scottsville.She was born December 14, 1925 in Monroe County, KY to the late John Ingram Walden and Pattie Page Walden. She was a retired seamstress and a member of the United Church of God.She is survived by three nieces: Joyce Walden, Juanita Brown and husband Tommy all of Scottsville, Mary Rich and husband Jerry of Tompkinsville, three nephews: Joe Walden and wife Naomi, James Walden and wife Debbie all of Scottsville and Tommy Howard and wife Lois of Flemingsburg, KY.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers: Tom Jeff Walden and Hade Walden, three sisters: Sally White, Lecta Walden and Maudie Howard.Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 23 at 2:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home in Scottsville with burial to follow in Crescent Hill Cemetery.Visitation will be after 2:00 PM on Tuesday and after 7:30 AM on Wednesday at Strode Funeral Home in Scottsville.Memorials are suggested to the White Cemetery in Cumberland County.
