Obituary
Norma Jean Beason Brown, 84, of Red Boiling Springs, TN, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Monroe Health & Rehab in Tompkinsville. She was born August 30, 1929 in Pickett County, TN to the late Molard Beason and Corda Phillips Beason. She was a retired florist and owner of Flowers Etc., a member of Gamaliel Church of Christ and Gamaliel Homemakers. She was united in marriage on March 17, 1951 to Newman Brown who preceded her in death on December 21, 2008. She is survived by three sons: Ronnie Brown and wife Betty of Red Boiling Springs, TN, Larry Brown and wife Kathy of Red Boiling Springs, TN, Corby Brown and wife Deborah of Gamaliel, one sister: Wilma Nevans of Celina, TN7 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son: Randal Brown and one brother: Keith Beason. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 4 at 11:00 AM at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel in Gamaliel with burial to follow in the Gamaliel Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00 PM on Friday and after 7:30 AM on Saturday at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel in Gamaliel.
