Nora Lee Williams Ford, 85, of Tompkinsville, passed away Monday, December 22, 2014 at Monroe Health & Rehab in Tompkinsville.She was born January 22, 1929 in Monroe County, KY to the late Everett Lester Williams and Mattie Lou Stockton Williams. She was owner and operator of Paul & Nora's Barbeque and attended the Church of Christ. She was united in marriage on November 5, 1947 to Paul Rad Ford who preceded her in death.She is survived by one son: Larry Ford and wife Rachel of Louisville, two daughters: Martha Sue Fudge and husband Mike of Tompkinsville, Margaret Ann Ford of Tompkinsville, one brother: Veachel Williams of Donalsonville, GA,one sister: Mary Katherine Peters of Walkerton, IN, six grandchildren, ten great -grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one brother: Eugene Williams, one grandchild and one great grandchild.Funeral services will be conducted Monday, December 29 at1:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in Monroe County Memorial Lawn.Visitation will be after 11:00 AM on Sunday, December 28 and after 7:30 AM on Monday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville.Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
