Obituary Nina Dean Stinson Shaw, 90, of Gamaliel passed away Sunday, November 13 at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville.She was born December 11, 1925 in Monroe County, KY to the late Harvey Stinson and Tishie Bohannon Stinson. She was a retired sales clerk and a member of White Oak Ridge Baptist Church. She was united in marriage on June 14, 1941 to Blond Cleon Shaw who preceded her in death on January 2, 1992.She is survived by one son: Terry Shaw of Orlando, FL, one daughter: Brenda Bradstreet of Gamaliel, one brother: Billy Stinson of Gamaliel, three grandchildren: Kimberly Shaw Bowen of Antioch, TN, Sandy Shaw Smith of Ponta Gorda, FL, Randy Shaw of Murfreesboro, TN, two great grandchildren: Kenton Smith of Ponta Gorda, FL and Zoe Shaw of Hendersonville, TN.In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son: Jerry Shaw, two brothers: Harvey Stinson, Jr., James A. Stinson and one sister: Irene Coulter.Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, November 17 at 1:00 PM at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel in Gamaliel with burial to follow in the White Oak Ridge Cemetery.Visitation will be after 4:00 PM on Wednesday and after 7:30 AM on Thursday at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel.Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
