Obituary Kenneth C. Goad, 77, of Gamaliel passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville.He was born June 17, 1939 in Monroe County, KY to the late Carlos Goad and Mattie Cropper Goad. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Gamaliel Baptist Church.He is survived by one son: Mark Goad and wife Jessie of Pleasant Shade, TN, two daughters Melina Richardson of Red Boiling Springs and Michaella Goad of Lafayette, three grandchildren and a great grandchild.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister: Nelda Pedigo and a great grandson: Easton Goad.Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, July 31 at 2:00 PM at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel in Gamaliel with burial in the Gamaliel Cemetery. Bro. Danny Pace will officiate.Visitation will be after 5:00 PM on Saturday and after 8:00 AM on Sunday at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel.Memorials are suggested to the Easton Goad Foundation.
