Katherine Jackson

Mrs. Katherine (Rich) Jackson, age 75, of Tompkinsville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025, at Signature Healthcare of Monroe. Katherine was born in Monroe County on May 14, 1949, a daughter of the late Lester and Mary Elizabeth (Long) Rich. She was a member of the Church of Living God.

Katherine is survived by her companion, Eddie Coulter, four daughters; Tina Poindexter, Susan McFarland both of Tompkinsville, Kim Meadors of Lafayette, and Jennifer Boswell of Tompkinsville. One sister, Nina Smith, fifteen grandchildren, and twenty-seven great-grandchildren also.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Carl Jackson, two daughters; Lee Ann Graves and Tammy Jo Shirley. One grandson, Jay Allen Boswell Jr., and seven siblings; Mary Zell Anderson, Patricia England, Wanda Anderson, Earl Rich, Otis Rich, Darrell Rich, and Lester Clarence Rich.

Graveside Services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. Noon on Friday, January 10, 2025, at Brown Cemetery. Bro. Tim White will officiate the service.

Pallbearers: Ryan Hagan, Joseph Hagan, Weston Miller, Chance Miller, Eddie Coulter, Derrick Graves, and Eric Graves.
