Joyce M. Fox

Joyce M. Fox, age 74, of Red Boling Springs, Tennessee passed away on October 28, 2021, at TriStar Skyline Regional Hospital. She was born on March 27, 1947, the daughter of the late William Bransford and Effie Mardice (Bilbrey) McCarter. She was a member of the Corinth Church of Christ. She and her husband owned and operated Fox Wholesale from 1986 and after 32 years retired in 2018.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Norman Dewayne Fox; one son, Dewayne Todd Fox and wife Kim of Lafayette, Tennessee; one daughter, Aleatheia “Charlie” Cherry and husband William of Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Kaden Dewayne Fox, Alivia Shanea Jones, Shawnee M. Fox, and Audreia Faith Gentry; one great-granddaughter, Aubree Mardesa Goad.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Blanche Davis; one brother, Tim McCarter.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Monday, November 1, 2021, at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, Kentucky with burial in the Gamaliel Cemetery. Tim McHenry will officiate the service.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 31, 2021, from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Monday morning after 9:00 am until time for the services.

Alternate expressions of sympathy may be made to the Lewy Body Foundation in memory of Mrs. Joyce Fox.
