Joan Crawford Reynolds

Obituary Joan Crawford Reynolds, 77, of Hestand, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at her home. She was born April 10, 1938 in Monroe County, KY to the late Marshall Crawford and Hattie Short Crawford. She was a retired factory worker for the Naval Aviation Weapons Center and a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints. She was the widow of Samuel Clarence Reynolds. She is survived by one son: Kenneth Reynolds of Hestand, one half brother: Keith Crawford of Somerset, KY, two sisters: Geneva Bymaster of St. Louis, MO and Martha Cooper of Mooresville, IN. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one brother: Dale Crawford, two sisters: Shirley Bowles and Virginia Reynolds. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 23 at 12:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in the Bailey Cemetery at Hestand. Visitation will be after 10:00 AM on Friday until time of service at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville. Memorials are suggested to the funeral expense.
