Obituary Jeffrey Allen Curtis, 55, of Red Boiling Spring, TN formerly of Monroe County, passed away Friday, April 18, 2014 at the Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette, TNHe was born January 4, 1959 in Tipton, IN to the late Truman Curtis and Mattie Brooks Curtis. He was a utility worker for the City of Red Boiling Spring, a member of the Moose Lodge and attended Red Boiling Spring Church of Christ.He is survived by two sons: Benjamin Curtis of Cookeville, TN, George Randall Curtis of Red Boiling Springs, TN, one brother: George Curtis of Red Boiling Spgs., TN, seven sisters: Ottie Dyer of Burlington, IN, Betty Dyer of Kokomo, INNelda Revelle of Bowling Green, KY, Barbara Hilligoss of Ft. Run, Rebecca McConnell of Bowling Green, KY, Louise Davis of Kokomo, IN, Teresa Wilson of Sharpsville, IN, Companion: Karen Johnson of Red Boiling Springs, TN,five grandchildren: Logan Curtis, Alexis Curtis, Morgan Curtis, Korbin Curtis and Collin Curtis.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son: Joey Allen Curtis.Funeral services will be conducted Monday, April 21 at 1:00 PM at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel in Gamaliel with burial to follow in the Rocky Hill Cemetery in Monroe County.Visitation will be after 4:00 PM on Sunday and after 7:30 AM on Monday at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel.Memorials are suggested to the Rocky Hill Cemetery.
