Obituary Iva Joy Carter Kelly 79, of Scottsville, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. She was born February 28, 1935 in Allen County, KY. To the late Jack Marsh and Iva Mitchell Marsh. She was a Homemaker and devoted wife and mother.She is Survived by: One Daughter Beverly Buchanan and husband Tommy, of Bowling Green, KY Two sons: Rev. Doug Carter Jr., of Scottsville, KY, Timothy Marsh Carter and wife Karen of Scottsville, KY, One sister: Tony Harwood and husband Harlan of Scottsville, KY, 7 grandchildren, 2 Step Grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 Great - Great grandchild also survive. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her Husbands Rev Doug Carter Sr. and Clarence Kelly, One brother: Billy Ray Marsh Two Sisters: Myrtle York and Beatrice Holland and one Grandchild Noah Carter.Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 27, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Strode Funeral Home in Scottsville with burial to follow in the Mt. Union United Methodist Church Cemetery Visitation will be after 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 26, 2014 and after 7:30AM on Friday, June 27, 2014 at the Strode Funeral Home in Scottsville.Memorials are suggested to the Mt.
