Obituary Ella Dean Cloyd Boone, 69, of Tompkinsville passed away Tuesday, October 31 at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green.She was born March 18, 1948 in Monroe County to the late Clurie Jeff Cloyd, Sr and Laura Monday Cloyd. She was a retired factory worker, a homemaker and a member of Lyons Chapel Church of Christ. She was united in marriage on January 21, 1967 to Paul Wayne Boone.She is survived by her husband: Paul Boone of Tompkinsville, one son: Keyvon Boone of Tompkinsville, one daughter: Paula Garmon and husband Patrick of Scottsville, one brother: Clurie Jeff Cloyd, Jr. of Athens, Alabama, two sisters: Betty Bridges of Yukon, OK, Linda Rich of Tompkinsville, three grandchildren: Ethan Boone, Jace and Kaleb Garmon, one great-granddaughter: Layla Ann Boone.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers: Roy Cloyd, Hub Cloyd, Bryan Monday, three sisters: Audrey Cloyd, Tacy Kniffin, Francis Kidwell, a daughter-in-law: Teresa Matthews Boone, a step sister: Pearl Tooley Johnson.Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 3 at 1:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in Mt. Poland Cemetery.Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday and after 7:30 AM on Friday at Strode Funeral Home.Memorials are suggested to the Mt. Poland Cemetery.
