Obituary Dimple Savage Thompson, 91, of Tompkinsville passed Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, Tennessee. She was born on January 25, 1927 in Jackson County, TN to the late Issac and Mary Lucy Hicks Savage. She was the wife of the late Jasper E. Thompson. She was a retired Educator from the Monroe County Board of Education. She was of the Christian faith.She is survived by one son: John Thompson and wife Alice of Tompkinsville, four daughters: Sue Ann Allen and husband Eric of White House, TN, Jane Winningham and husband Darryl of Byrdstown, TN, Dr. Jean Donaldson and Husband Johnny of Celina, TN, and Elizabeth Riggs and husband Michael of Bowling Green, KY and ten grandchildren: Danielle Smalling of Miami, Fl, Chelsea Smalling of Cincinnati, OH, Cordell Donaldson of Oak Grove TN, Molly Donaldson of Moss, TN, Hunter Smalling of Byrdstown, TN, Parker Riggs of Bowling Green, KY, Joni Thompson of Tompkinsville, KY, Clark Donaldson of Celina, TN, Harrison Riggs of Bowling Green, KY and John Austin Thompson of Tompkinsville, KY as well as one great - grandson: Jasper Donaldson of TompkinsvilleIn addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one brother: James W. Savage and one sister: Ruby Butler.Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home with Jason Thompson officiating.
