Obituary Connie Ann Kirk Tooley, 54, of Tompkinsville, passed away Friday, January 17, 2014 at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville. She was born January 14, 1960 in Monroe County, KY to the late Witt Kirk and Clarine Shirley Kirk. She was a former employee of Edmonton State Bank and a member of Mt. Gilead Church of Christ. She was united in marriage on December 13, 1975 to Larry Tooley. She is survived by her husband: Larry Tooley of Tompkinsville, one son: Miles Tooley of Smiths Grove, seven daughters: Renee Tooley of TompkinsvilleClaresa Carter of Scottsville, Shantell Smith of Glasgow, Stacey Hurt, Tracey Kirk and Beteena Kirk all of Bowling Green, Lakissa Young of Tompkinsville, five brothers: Bill Kirk of Celina, Harold Kirk, Dicky Kirk, Ricky Kirk and Foster Kirk all of Tompkinsville, two sisters: Julie Kirk of Bowling Green and Frances Young of Glasgow, 7 grandchildren and 1 step grandchild. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters: Sandra Evans and Carolyn Brown. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 20 at 10:30 AM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in the Mt. Nebo Cemetery.
