Carla Sue Moore

Ms. Carla Sue Moore, age 52, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at her residence. Carla was born in Tompkinsville, on June 20, 1971, to Carlie Fay Moore who still survives and the late Janice “Susie” (Keith) Moore. She was a 1990 graduate of Monroe County High School.   Carla had a big personality, and a great smile to go along with it.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies.  She loved camping, cooking, any type of crafting, and photography.  

In addition to her father, Carlie Fay Moore, she is survived by her children, Dakota White and companion, Pam Ammerman, and Chelsey White and companion Stephen England, all of Glasgow, three sisters, Jennifer Buck and husband Dan, of Illinois, Tonya Emmert, of Gamaliel, and Ashley Moore, of Bowling Green, her companion; Chase Blakely, four grandchildren; Cami, Remington, and Jameson White, and Gamble Burkhead, along with several special aunts, and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.  

In addition to her mother, Janice “Susie” Moore, she was preceded in death by her grandparents; Denton and Lelo Moore and Robert and Lizzie Keith, along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 18, 2024, from Bartley & Sons Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Neal Cemetery.  

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 18, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
