Billy T. Rhoton

Mr. Billy T. Rhoton, age 73, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024, at Monroe County Medical Center. Billy was born on July 11, 1951, to the late Trav and Chloe Dean (Deckard) Rhoton. Billy was a member of the Clementsville Church of Christ. He loved old cars, was an avid University of Kentucky Fan, and enjoyed woodworking, and collecting antiques.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Anita Rhoton of Tompkinsville, a daughter Betina Copas and husband Jeff of Clementsville, a son Barry Rhoton of Tompkinsville. Two sisters; Inez Starnes of Gallatin, Tennessee, and Betty Brown and husband Ronnie of Gamaliel. Three grandchildren; Britta Lewis and husband Bart, Breonna Thompson and husband Micheal, and Kelsey Gramlin and husband Sean. Eight great-grandchildren; Landen, Lucas, Liam, Briar, Emma, Marie, Billie, and Bella also survive.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters; Shirley, Catherin, Betty, and Agnes.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home with interment to follow in Monroe County Memorial Lawn. Bro. Ronnie Birdwell will officiate the service.

Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and again Thursday morning after 8:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m.

Pallbearers: Bart Lewis, Micheal Thompson, Stevie England, William Poindexter, Danny Carter, and Elliot Brown.

Honorary Pallbearers: Great-Grandchildren and co-workers of Measure Up.
