Obituary Billy Ray Mandrell, 53, of Adolphus, KY passed away Sunday, October 4, 2015 at his home.He was born March 6, 1962 in Allen County, KY to the late James Ray Mandrell and Rosa Wanda Stone Mandrell. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Dover Missionary Baptist Church. He was united in marriage on December 24, 1994 to the former Tracy Smith.He is survived by his wife: Tracy Mandrell of Adolphus, one son: Nicholas Mandrell of Adolphus, one step son: Gary Bullington of Scottsville, three brothers: Larry Mandrell, Jimmy Lewis Mandrell and Gary Wayne Mandrell all of Scottsville, two sisters: Particia Ann Mandrell Knoblett of Lafayette, TN and Serena Lynn Mandrell Weed of Scottsville, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Leon and Jean Smith.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son: Brandon Ray Carter Mandrell and one brother: James Allen Mandrell.Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, October 7 at 2:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home in Scottsville with burial to follow in the Allen County Memorial Gardens.Visitation will be after 2:00 PM on Tuesday and after 7:30 AM on Wednesday at Strode Funeral Home in Scottsville.
