Amy Lynne Watson

Mrs. Amy Lynne Baldwin Watson, age 62, of the Hestand Community, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024, at her residence. Amy was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on December 14, 1961, to Robert Eugene Baldwin and the late Patsy Jean Bowman Baldwin. She attended the Indiana University School of Dentistry and worked as a Dental Hygienist for over forty years.  She worked with Dr. Gordon McAlpin and Dr. Greg Crabtree here in Tompkinsville.  She married Wayne Watson on August 20, 1983, in Mooresville, Indiana. Amy was a member of Mooresville Methodist Church.   She enjoyed riding her motorcycle, going to the lake, watching the hummingbirds, and anything to do with the outdoors.  She had a love for animals, especially her dog Willow.  Amy had an infectious smile that could light up any room.

She is survived by her husband of forty years Wayne Allen Watson of Vernon, her father Robert Eugene Baldwin, two sisters; Chris Odell, and Beth Dale all of Indiana, her mother-in-law, Mary Ruth Inabnitt, step sister, Mary Ann Moore, Sister-in-law, Karen Gaddis and husband Dennis, Brother-in-law, Shawn Inabnitt, and wife Laura. Nieces and Nephews: Briar Inabnitt, Cody Gaddis and Kristin, Roxanna Gaddis, Emma, and Caroline Gaddis, Kyle Odell and Sarah, Sarah Marlin and Mack, James Dale and Lizzy, Jadin Dale, and Colton Dale also survive.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Jean (Bowman) Baldwin.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the Watson Cemetery, in Pea Ridge, Tennessee.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. and again on Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.
