Obituary Adam Ford, 46, of Tompkinsville, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016 in Louisville.He was born January 28, 1970 in Tompkinsville to the late Lovel Hairrel Ford and Barbara Ann Foley Ford. He was a truck driver. He was united in marriage on June 2, 2015 to the former Amanda Payne.He is survived by his wife: Amanda Payne Cook Ford of Tompkinsville, three brothers: Edam, Larriel and Joel Ford all of Tompkinsville, three sisters: Mendy Breaux of Youngsville, LA, Rita Eubank of Chattanooga, TN, Emeral Denton of Tompkinsville, one son Keegan Ford of Edmonton, three daughters: Kristen Ford of Tompkinsville, Kelsey Myers of Edmonton, Melanie Ford of Chattanooga, TN and two grandchildren.A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, May 14 at 11:30 AM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville.Visitation with the family will be after 10:30 AM on Saturday until time of service.Cremation was chosen by the family.Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville in charge of arrangements.
